Making A Quick Deposit

How do I change the currency registered on my Account?

In order to change your currency you must first have no balance in your account.  Then you must log online and speak to the online support to request for you to change your current currency. You can also send an email to support@cityclubcasino.com to request a currency change.  Once that is done you will receive an email with the new account with the currency of your choosing.

Can I have more than one account?

You are allowed to only open one account per household.  If you live in duplex/apartment buildings you will need to send your P.O.A (proof of address) so your account can be active, otherwise you may not open more than one account at City Club.

How do I close my account?

In order to close your account you must  log in and speak to an online agent or send an email with the subtitle as (closure) to support@cityclubcasino.com

Do you charge a fee for my account?

We do not charge any fees for active accounts. Once your Account has been deemed inactive we will be entitled to charge you maintenance fee (the ‘Inactive Account Fee’). We may deduct an amount up to the Inactive Account Fee from your account balance commencing on the last day of the Grace Period and then every thirty (30) days thereafter in accordance with the Inactive Account Fee Schedule.

What should I do if I receive a message “Account not found. Please verify your account information and try again”?

It is possible that you are trying to enter the DEMO mode casino with a Real money mode username and password or enter a Real money mode game with a DEMO username and password. If you can’t log into the casino, please mail your registered name, address, phone number and email to support@cityclubcasino.com and request your username and password, or just call our customer service toll free number at +44 203 1500331

I am not sure what the previous game round result was. What do I do?

You can just step into the ‘Game History’ section and view the previous rounds and their results.

What do I do if after placing a bet I suddenly change my mind? How do I remove the bet?

In games like Blackjack, Roulette, Craps and Baccarat just press with your right mouse button on the chips you wish to remove. In Roulette you can also click on the ‘Clear Bet’ button to remove your entire bets from the table.
In Slots and Video poker, just press the ‘Cash out’ button to remove your coins from the machine back to your balance. If other coins remain in the machine, don’t worry, they will automatically return to your balance once you exit the game.
